When you pressed the Mute button on your headset, you'd get an audio prompt letting you know you're muted when you actually weren't. Your audio continued to be sent through your OS microphone.
- Your status didn't show that you were in a call when you were using your desk phone
- When you called another person in your organization while you're connected to your desk phone and you left that person a voice message, you'd be removed from the space you have with that person
- Missed calls didn't show a phone number in your Call History

- When you transferred a call, the person on the other end wouldn't have any audio.
